  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown or confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and 3 ounces of cream cheese together in a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
  3. Add 1 cup of almond flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 3 Tablespoons of sugar substitute and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the cheese mixture, and knead the ingredients by hand until well combined.
  4. Place the egg into the mixing bowl with the cheese and flour mixture, and blend on high.
  5. Place the dough into the freezer for 15-20 minutes to chill.
  6. Form the chilled dough into 24 small bite sized pieces, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
