Thank you for posting and sharing the incredible recipe’s. I’m trying the neckbones tonight and looking forward to eating them. lol I grew up eating fresh, whole foods we refer to as “soul food.” prepared by my Elders. I payed attention as my Grandmother and Great Aunts were in the kitchen but, I missed the session on neckbones. 😉

Hi – I just picked up a half a pig that I had processed and after loading that (and the 1/4 cow) into my chest freezer, I had no room left for this large package of neck bones. So I googled it and this recipe looks good. I am going to try it tomorrow!

I can’t wait to try this recipe. I heard about baking neck bones and to me this is the best way to cook them because you don’t have to worry about standing on your feet constantly watching the pot to make sure it does not boil over and etc. I will let you know how they turn out. Thanks a bunch.
